To Design, Manufacture and Market a New Generation of Golf Cars Incorporating the Principles of Lean Design™ That Improves Club Car’s Value Proposition While Maintaining Vehicle Safety, Quality, Reliability and the Club Car Brand. The Vehicle Will Focus on Providing Golf Course Owners With a High Quality Fleet Used to Generate the Highest Possible Rental Revenues.

Product Guidelines:

• Club Car’s High Quality Reputation Must Be Maintained
• Maintain the Club Car Brand
• Target Cost Must Be Developed for Each Subsystem Using Total Cost As Decision Criteria
• Weight Reduction Is Desirable
• Energy Efficiency Is Desirable
• JIT and Flow Manufacturing Will Be Utilized
